CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens. Believe us, we know. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling. Failure to call at least 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service before rescheduling is allowed.

Please note that SAME DAY/NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 

CHILDREN

We ask that you please find care for your child while you are receiving service. Due to our daily volume we cannot have children left unattended in our waiting area or anywhere in the salon. We do not perform services on children under the age of 12 at this time but would be more than happy to recommend a salon that does.

PAYMENT

We happily accept credit/debit cards and cash.  NO CHECKS, please. Gratuity for your favorite stylist is greatly appreciated and can be paid via credit card, cash, or venmo.
